Registering for a Junior tournament

Get the date & location of the tournament you plan to attend. Communicate this information to your quizzers and their parents (ie, the people who will travel to the tournament).
Determine how many teams your church will send to this tournament. Check out the section on how Bible Quizzing works for suggestions on setting up teams based on your number of quizzers. Coaches can arrange their teams differently for each tournament, depending on how many quizzers there are, or which quizzers work best together.
Contact the coordinator by email two days before the tournament. Indicate how many teams you are bringing to the tournament, and the names of the quizzers on each team.
Calculate the registration fee for your teams for this tournament. The fee for a church's first team is $25; add $5 for each team thereafter. For example, if a church brings three teams, their registration fee would be $35.00 for this tournament.
Bring a check to pay the registration fee when you arrive at the tournament.

Attending the Junior Extravaganza usually requires more planning. Often it requires more travel, time and money. Airline tickets must be purchased, hotels must be booked, and travel and time off must be planned.
